Payments & Fees
• Payment in full is due prior to the commencement of the design project.
•Any additional work not specifically outlined in the Logo and Graphic Design Package must be agreed upon and received in writing.
• Delinquent payments on additional work will be subject to removal or deletion of any completed graphics, illustrations, logos and or web designs.
Refund Policy
• Web Couture by Maria does not offer refunds on its designs or services, as graphics, logos, illustrations and web designs are not tangible merchandise.
• Please carefully choose the type of design and/or you are considering, prior to making your purchase.
Copyrights & Trademarks
• The customer represents to Web Couture by Maria an unconditional guarantee that any and all elements of text, artwork, photography and all other media furnished to Web Couture by Maria for inclusion in graphics and/or web design are owned by the customer, or that the customer has permission from the legal owner to use these elements, and will hold harmless Web Couture by Maria from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the customer.
Cancellation
• Web Couture by Maria reserves the right to cancel a project at any time for the following reasons:
- non-payment
- providing Web Couture by Maria with any text, logos, photos or media furnished by the customer for use in the design that is not appropriate for a family-friendly website
- providing Web Couture by Maria with any text, logos, photos or media furnished by the client for use in the design where the client has not obtained proper licensing or permission to use such elements
- failure to cooperate with the staff, prolonging or delaying the design process for any reason, failure to provide Web Couture by Maria with the necessary elements to complete the project (whether text, information, artwork, logos, username, password, etc.)
Liability
• Web Couture by Maria does not provide consulting, advice and/or tutoring as part of any Branding/Logo, and Graphic or Web Design Packages.
• Further, customer will be provided with a unique and exclusive business concept, however, the success of customer's online business, as well as the promotion, advertising and marketing of same, are the client's sole responsibility.
• Web Couture by Maria makes no claims or guarantees to the success of customer's business when providing custom or pre-designed graphics, logos, web designs or other marketing design elements.
Product Uploads
• Customers are asked to submit neatly organized photos, product descriptions, pricing and Google attributes for each product that will be included in any web design service, as well as organized content for text/info pages (i.e. About Us, FAQ, Terms, etc.).
• Please proofread your submissions. Web Couture by Maria does not proofread or make spelling, grammatical or punctuation corrections.
• All content for inclusion in your store pages must be submitted to Web Couture by Maria in a neatly typed email, Microsoft Works, Word, or Word Pad document with any relating product photos/images coordinated with their descriptions.
