How Do I Get Started?
Select a pre-designed Logo and Graphic Package suitable for your business, specify your business name and choice of font at checkout, and Web Couture by Maria will do the rest!

How Long Does it Take?
Once payment is received, Web Couture by Maria will customize your Logo and Graphic Package and install it to your e-Crater Store Platform usually within 24 hours (sometimes sooner!).

How Do I Make My Payment? Is it Safe to Use My Credit Card?
Web Couture by Maria accepts all major credit cards through PayPal's SSL Secure Online Server. You do not need an account with PayPal to make your payment. Simply check out securely using your debit or credit card, or your existing PayPal account.

Will My Design Be Exclusive?
Yes, once your Design Package is purchased, it will no longer be offered for sale - it's yours exclusively to use for your business.

Does Web Couture by Maria Retain the Copyright?
Web Couture by Maria provides its customers with exclusive, original illustration and logo design to ensure a unique, one-of-a-kind identity brand. For an additional fee, however, Web Couture by Maria will transfer the copyright of its illustrated concepts, logos and graphics to the customer to trademark and/or use the concept as the customer deems necessary to promote and advertise their business.

What is Your Refund Policy?
Please carefully choose your Logo and Graphic Design Package, as all designs are digital and refunds on graphic, logo, illustrations or web design services will not be issued. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order/purchase, Web Couture by Maria will work with you until you are completely and 100% satisfied with your design(s).
